When our supporters receive an action alert and they go to the alert page to fill out and send to their elected officials, the Title field is required and limited to the basics: Mr, Mrs, Ms, and Dr.
Problem is, we're an LGBT organization (with an emphasis on the T) and there have been several instances where supporters don't have an appropriate title to use due to their gender identity.
We have read the KnowledgeBase article explaining why the fields have to be set up as they are, but we would very much appreciate finding some kind of solution that allows the field to be optional or customizable.
