It's very frustrating to me that when someone creates a JustGiving fundraising page or donates to JustGiving the only thing the system looks at to see if there's a constituent already in the system is the email address. We have a lot of constituents in our system where we don't have an email address or they're using different email addresses than the ones we do have so I have a lot of duplicate constituents being created in RENXT because of this. I really wish the system would also look at the billing address the fundraiser/supporter has provided on JustGiving to match them to a constituent in the database.
