When we do direct mail exports we pull thousands of records including many organizations. I can direct what primary salutation each of my individual constit records use when I set them up. But, obviously, I can't do this for the organization overall. So when I pull the organizations all pull the primary salutation as the org name. I have to manually go through the Excel spreadsheet and change it to friends. This would save me massive amounts of time if it could allow us to put a primary salutation for the organization (not primary contact).
