| To save time and money, I set up Net Community's e-card system so that we could send tribute cards electronically without having to print and mail them. Unfortunately, e-cards use a merge field called "Personal Message" instead of "Comment" and when we import the transaction information into Raiser's Edge, the message isn't captured. I am unable to find a field in Raiser's Edge that would allow us to capture this information and in talking with a Net Community rep today, I am told that it is not currently possible. I think this would be a great feature to implement. |
