The JustGiving peer-to-peer platform integrates with NXT and the transfer of donor biographical data and gift data is fairly seamless. However, when a donor chooses to cover the Just Giving processing fee, that fee is not included in the total donation amount that's transferred to NXT. For example, if a donor donates $50.00 and also pays a $2.50 processing fee, we see $50.00 in NXT but $52.50 in our bank account. This means that we have to check our payment processor to verify the actual amount and manually enter the correct amount that's deposited into our bank account--essentially defeating the purpose of an integration. We need the full amount a donor contributed transferred to NXT for efficient data entry and bank reconciliation.
