Need version control or ability to lock | NetCommunity Ideas Portal

Need version control or ability to lock down supporting documentation that is included as "Attachments" with in AP, Exp Mgt or JEs in NXT. Ability to delete attachments or alter them when they are the source of record is not good internal controls.

If it did, then NXT users could actually convert to an electronic file cabinet and not have to still handle the original paper.

Will auditors tell us not to use as a complete substitute since there are no internal controls built on it?
