This is the type of situation when BB/BB support gets poor ratings. Person who responded to case I created said post here "Our developers are available there to give more information on upcoming changes. They may also be able to shed some light on why it was removed." Then he just closed support case. We use this option and want to know why it is gone. Frustrating!
