There are many third-party solutions that do this but we have not found one that integrates with Blackbaud CRM. Providing a BB solution would allow us to offer a better event experience for our constituents at large-scale events, like Homecoming, by streamlining the check-in process. Guests could check-in by entering name and email or scanning a bar code. Their name tag and itinerary would print and the event staff could easily put together an event package with additional extras like correclty sized t-shirts, materials specific to the events they have registered for (tickets, extra collateral, etc.), or college or club specific swag based on preferences entered when they registered. These event packages could even be pre-stuffed.
