At present, we add "Test" to the subject line of test messages to let team members know that they're seeing a test, since most members are also included on final messages. However, this creates a risk that the "test" note will not be deleted before the final message is sent, or that the email creator will forget to add "test" to a test message, creating confusion or concern that the unmarked test message is, in fact, a final message.

Other mail platforms have the options to add a "test" tag automatically, or even do this as a default. This would bring NetCommunity up to that standard and improve our external communications.
