Better NetCommunity form rules

I would love to be able to create a form rule such as "answer does NOT equal [criteria X]". At our school we have to filter content for students from the US versus 50+ other countries... if I have to show/hide a required field for international students, that's a LOT of pointless rule-making. Also growing very frustrated that you can't make a rule like "if answer A is X and answer B is Y, show field C." ... you can put those kind of conditions on payment rules, but not on form field ones???

    Yes, please do this!  I'd like to take this a step further as well and have "if answer A is X then populate another field with Y value".
