The Profile form is the only form where the postcode and QAS link are at the very bottom of the address link. So people have already filled out their address before they scroll down and realise they can search for it.

All the other forms we use - donation (not 2.0), sign up and event registrations the postcode and QAS link are underneath the Country and therefore at the top of the form
