Include solicitor/fundraiser as a field imported from Justgiving to the gift details in NXT batch, or at least as a field that can be populated in batch

When information is not direct available from JustGiving, the solicitor/fundraiser should be at least be a field in batch that can be populated. Otherwise you have to go back in manually after the gifts are committed.
