Just like a frozen header in a spread sheet, keeping the Edit bar static at the top of the screen would save time after every edit from scrolling all the way back up to click "View page" or "Return". It would save me time as I am editing and needing to view or go to another page when finished the current editing task. Seems like it would be simple to keep it frozen in place as its not part of the page being edited. Sample screen shot attached.
