Input Fields for Organisation Relationship Data in Event Registration Forms for Alumni Networking/ Professional Events

Can we allow event registrants to update their employment details (i.e. Raiser's Edge organisation relationship records) when they sign up for events through NetCommunity event registration forms? This makes sense for alumni events leaning towards networking and professional development. At present I'm forced to use Google forms embedded in our BBNC pages for alumni networking events which create additional steps in data entry into RE.
