Unique identifiers or tokens to use in other email analytics providers

I'm using a service outside of Blackbaud to enhance email analytics. In order to provide accurate email user data, they use unique identifiers or tokens from merge tags to identify users (e.g. [firstname], {{email.address}} or %firstname_lastname%). Blackbaud's email system is unable to provide a unique identifiers or token like the examples, so I'm unable to get reliable data from my email analytics provider.

We definetly need to do multiple levels of analytics to get what we need. This would ve very helpful.

Love this idea! While NetCommunity's analytics prove useful, having other resources to help enhance communication analysis is always a plus.
