Allow 5 digit zip to match to zip + 4 with out showing as different data needing confirmation

Donor enters 5 digit zip while RE has zip+4 on the record. When processing data shows as different and doesn't automatically link records when I select the person.

    With today's technology this should be possible. I just had three records in a row that had the 5-digit zip as data update so they didn't auto-match.

    I know it doesn't have many votes, but I've noticed NetC community is not very active in forums or ideas. :(
