We need to receive all Net Community donation notifications. Lately we are receiving most but not all. Blackbaud support said my company IT needs to whitelist Blackbaud IP addresses. But after that is done I cannot get a reissued notification for this donation. We use the email for accounting purposes. Please consider a way to create a receipt like a Notification if the email was not received.
