If we could lock the First Name and Surname fields from any changes via BBNC, this would help tremendously. Sometimes users provide their name in all caps or only their initial etc so we don't ever want the BBNC data to overwrite First Name or Surname values in our database for existing constituents. If there is a name change, we wouldn't want this to flow through automatically either as we have other processes when changing names in the database.
