Allow a single registrant to pay for multiple prices on Events Registration Part.

At the moment when a single registrant registers for an event with multiple prices BBNC creates 2 separate participant records. Please allow for one registrant to pay for 2 prices. E.g. registration fee and birdie sponsorship at golf event.
