We often send a single email message to a constituent list from RE, an imported list, and a student list from our SIS. It is also not uncommon for individuals to fall into multiple categories, so their email addresses could be on all of those lists.

As it stands now, there is no deduping across types of lists, so an individual could receive 3 of the same email if they were on all those lists. These must be a way that we can ask NetCommunity to only send one email to each email address across multiple types of lists.
