There was an issue with communication with a parent as well as a transitionall learning curve in our school. A re-enrollment contract was mistakenly not pulled from a parents account and this student had withdrawn prior to signing that. The parent thought she could re-apply by signing this contract. We realized the issue and when reaching out to support the only thing they were able to do was recommend adding a discount to remove a fee. The reason being because the Enrollment Fees are hardwired into the system. That is not ideal for us to create one time one person discounts to fix these types of problems. So throwing the idea out there about getting these enrollment fees to not be hardwired into the systme or asking for suggestions on how we can configure these fees on our end so they're flexible.
