We are updating all of the communications that go out to parents when actions on their checklist are changed. There is a big lag time between changing the html and then having to create a fake applicant then sending it out. If it scheduled for 1 day reminder there is no way to see it before 24 hours then if it needs a correction, another 24 hours to see correction. Other emails, like when a checklist item is marked complete it also takes about 24 - 48 hours to check for mistakes or corrections. A test environment or a fast track way to see the very important communications with parents is needed.
