Users have reported difficulties opening eReceipts on their mobile phones. The acknowledgement email informs the users that their tax eReceipt can be downloaded by clicking the provided link. However, upon clicking, the eReceipt gets downloaded, and users need guidance on how to open the downloads on their iPhones. Additionally, attaching the eReceipt PDF directly to the email is not supported in NetCommunity. There should be a feature available in BBNC to make the eReceipt process more mobile-friendly. Can we explore options to offer a mobile-responsive HTML format that enable users to view and download the eReceipt directly within the email?
