Messaging Capability for Online Directory

Create a "messaging" capability within the alumni online directory on NC to allow users to communicate without having to share user contact information. We as a College do not want to share alumni contact information on the directory, so a messaging service would help users be able to send direct messages to other alumni without us breaking any privacy concerns.
