BIC isn't required by default when creating a donation page for SEPA. Some banks need to have this information, so it would be great to have the option to make it required or not dependent on the bank the organisation uses.

Display the name of a Giving Level as a merge field on an email notification or acknowledgement when there are multiple giving levels with the same amount, but different display names.
